Returns

Customer satisfaction is our primary goal. See below if you're not completely satisfied:

• Full price merchandise can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the delivery date 
• Shipping is free with code FREESHIP at checkout, otherwise base on weight of the package and destination.
• To return or exchange full price items, please email us. at info@citrinegrey.com  and we will email a prepaid return label to you - include your order number in the email's subject.
• Simply attach this label to your package and drop the item off at your nearest Fedex office.
• Special merchandise or FINAL Sale CANNOT be returned for a refund but rather for an exchange. Final sale would be labeled as such, normal sale items can be returned.
• Citrine Grey will only accept returns for items that have all tags attached and are not worn, washed or altered in anyway. If merchandise is returned that does not meet our return policy, Citrine Grey has the right to refuse a refund. 
• If you need to exchange for a different size/color let us know by email and leave a note in the box with your request, we will do our best to help you find the perfect fit!

At the moment Returns are available only in the US.
