Returns + Exchanges
- Full price merchandise can be returned for a full refund within 45 days of the delivery date - UPDATED for Holiday 2020 shopping!
- To return or exchange full price items, please email us at email@example.com and we will email a prepaid return label to you - include your order number in the email's subject. Sale items are not eligible for free returns.
- Simply attach this label to your package and drop the item off at your nearest UPS or Fedex office
- Special merchandise or sale CANNOT be returned for a refund but rather for an exchange
- Citrine Grey will only accept returns for items that have all tags attached and are not worn, washed or altered in anyway. If merchandise is returned that does not meet our return policy, Citrine Grey has the right to refuse a refund. We do not accept returns on items purchased at special events or sample sales.
- If you need to exchange for a different size/color let us know by email and leave a note in the box with your request, we will do our best to help you find the perfect fit!
At the moment Returns are available only in the US.
