Refund policy

Customer satisfaction is our primary goal. See below if you're not completely satisfied:

Full price merchandise can be returned for free for a full refund within 30 days of the delivery date. Merchandise returned past the above timeframe may be returned in exchange for credit only. Please email info@citrinegrey.com for a return label.

Special merchandise or final sale CANNOT be returned for a refund, only a credit.

Citrine Grey will only accept returns for items that have all tags attached and are not worn, washed or altered in anyway.

If merchandise is returned that does not meet our return policy, Citrine Grey has the right to refuse a refund. We do not accept returns on items purchased at special events or sample sales.
